ENROLMENT
Enrolment in all courses is essential.

Please complete and sign the enrolment form and send with deposit of $200.00 to QualTrain Australia. The balance of fees due must be paid no less than 7 (seven) days prior to commencement of(0r Fax:) course.

Refund policy:

• Payment is to be received in full 7 days prior to commencement of the course.
• If notification is not given, non-attendance will incur full course cost.
• If you wish to cancel, you must give 4 weeks notice to receive a refund, however a $100.00
• Administration Fee is payable.
• Any other circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by the Director.
• In the event of cancellation of a course, all client fees will be refunded if Qualtrain Australia cancels a course OR postpones a course commencement by more than four weeks, unless alternative arrangements can be made which are acceptable to the client.
